📌 You need to sleep early to have a better circadian rhythm. No later then 10 pm it’s very important for woman to sleep early especially to regulate your hormones.
📌 No screen time at least 1 hour b4 bed

📌 Have a cold room to sleep in 23 degrees
📌Take magnesium threonate or a magnesium mix b4 bed
📌 Take your collagen after dinner
📌 Take a good b vitamin with breakfast ( helps use your food as energy )
📌 Have 1 big salad a day.
📌Drink 2l water daily
📌Take your vit d in the morning
📌Let your eyes see the sunlight as soon as u wake up
📌Get a piece of ice and place on ur neck for 39 secs and rub over face
📌 Body brush in the morning to wake up ur nervous system
