Change from the first week

I gained weight after my last child birth and I tried different things to drop the weight, none of which worked for me. I used to diet, lose a kilo, and then gain 2 kilos back. I’ve got a thyroid problem and I used to get so bored of dieting. Now that I’m on the app, I saw a change from the first week, not just in the scale but also the way my body looks.
