If you workout at the gym or have a small gym at home , you can follow this great plan for shaping the booty, in the new section in the workout page.
This is for all levels that focuses on shaping and lifting the booty using gym equipment .The program is 4 weeks and we will be working out for 6 days a week, the structure of the week is as follows:
🔹 3 days lower body training
🔸1 day total body endurance
🔹1 day upper body and core
🔸1 active recovery
