Strength & Sculpt with weights Series

This series consists of six programs, each program has a duration of one month, and the difficulty increases with each program.
The goal of the chain is to increase strength and sculpt the body using weights.
The series is divided into three stages, beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
During the week … your exercises will vary as follows:
▫️2 days for the thighs and booty
▫️1 day for the abdominal area
▫️1 day for the upper part
▫️1day of HIIT for the entire body
▫️Flexibility and walking at the end of the week
