Protein is life – always was always will be so eat your protein, Muscle eccentric studies are pushing the frontiers of what are the correct macros of protein to eat – the RDA say, 8. of ideal body weight but maybe it’s more like 2g per ideal body weight. Try to get at least 30 g per meal.. oh and the older you get the more protein you need to activate muscle maintenance and growth 💪
