Get ready for an active Ramadan

So this is the plan for Ramdan 2022:
?Before futoor:
▪️we will all do the challenge before futoor, preferably within an hour before futoor so you don’t get thirsty. A daily workout will be posted at the top of the workout page
▪️Its optional, but you can also do a stretching with the simple yoga that will be in the recommended workouts
?After futoor:
you will select one of these programs according to your fitness level
▪️Walking cardio 2: if you are a beginner
▪️Stepper cardio: if you are intermediate
▪️Shred with dumbbells: if you are advanced
