– The pregnancy program was the best compared to my previous pregnancies 🤍 My body felt healthier, and with walking and the nutrition program, my weight didn’t increase much. Alhamdulillah, the baby is in great health.

– The program is sooo good 😍 Especially the suggested workouts, they were really enjoyable. I loved the yoga before iftar, and I lost 3 kg, which I consider an achievement even though I wasn’t fully committed to the diet because of gatherings and eating out.
– The Ramadan home program is incredible 👌 What I loved the most were the stretches after the workout—they were sooo relaxing. And Nadz’s style, feeling the burn with us while still motivating us, was amazing 😅😅
– Every program is better than the other 🤍 I followed the nutrition and yoga and did home workouts a few times a week, plus I walked a lot. Recently I got a bit sick and my activity dropped 🥺 but I’ll be back stronger in a few days.
