When did you start with GymNadz?
I decided to start with GymNadz around 2 years ago right after I saw the fantastic results that my sister was obtaining with the application.
What’s your total weight loss to date?
My weight when I started was 70 kilos, and my height is 154 cm; in brief, I was depressed and hesitant that I will always be faced with obstacles and excuses, but I decided to challenge myself and to listen to the voice in my head telling me that I can do it! And so, I started, and it was tough in the beginning because my body wasn’t used to working out; yet, here I am today, around 16kgs down with a weight of 51kgs. This makes me keep going and really shows me that nothing is impossible with will-power and patience.
What’s your favorite recipe from the app?
The Beans & Greens soup is an all-time favorite to me! Also, I cannot go a day without the Day-Starter!
How do you always manage to be in the stars list?
I honestly just commit to succeeding and finishing my workouts and healthy routine every day, it is so rewarding to give your body what it deserves and of course, what also helps is healthy competition from my friends, primarily my sisted, Hi Soosh!!
An encouraging word to the girls starting up with GymNadz now?
I strongly advise every girl to join and commit to the app’s workouts and nutrition programs. It completely turned my life around and I now live more as a sister to my kids rather than a mother since I can run and jump around with them with agility and grace!
