Collect points on a daily basis by completing the tasks in the table.
You get extra points if your train on consecutive days, but if you miss a day of training you go back to accumulating points from day 1!
1) 5 points for logging daily supplements
2) 5 points for logging water
3) 5 points daily for reading a post on the blog page
4) 5 points for logging your meals
5) Completing an individual workout (not within a program) from the library will give you 5 points for the first day, 10 for the second day, and 15 points for the third and beyond
6) Completing your daily workout from your selected program will give you 10 points for the first day, 20 for the second day, and 30 points for the third and beyond
