Girls, I want to talk to you about something we often overlook… the rest day.
I know how much you love showing up, pushing yourselves, and staying consistent.
But the truth is, your body doesn’t get stronger during the workout.
It gets stronger during the rest.
That’s when your muscles recover, your hormones rebalance, and your energy resets.
A rest day isn’t laziness.
A rest day is part of the plan.
It’s what allows you to come back stronger, improve faster, and avoid burnout or injury.
So when your body asks for a break… listen to it.
Do some light stretching, go for a walk, hydrate, breathe, meditate and let yourself relax without guilt.
Rest isn’t giving up.
Rest is smart.
