Eat fruits that are high in serotonin to relax the mind before bed.

Drink teas that relax you, specifically those that contain:
Valerian root – Chamomile – Passionflower – Lemon balm

Eat foods that stimulate GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) to reduce anxiety and create calm in your body:
