Promotion Period
Runs October 1–31 (local KSA time).
One (1) winner selected each calendar day from eligible entries.
Eligibility
Open to GymNadz users with a valid account.
Winners must be subscribed to receive the prize, except for the Saturday Steps challenge (open to free & subscribed users).
How to Enter (Daily Workout)
A new daily workout drops every day in October.
Complete the workout on the same day it is published and comment “Done” in the workout comments inside the app before the daily cutoff.
One entry per user per day.
Saturday Steps
Eligible day: Every Saturday in October.
Requirement: ≥10,000 steps recorded inside the GymNadz app on Saturday (00:00–23:59 AST).
Open to free and subscribed users.
The Saturday Steps winner is drawn on Sunday.
Winner Selection & Announcement
Winners are chosen by random draw from eligible entries the following day.
The winner is announced on Instagram Stories (@GymNadz) and contacted via in-app chat by support.
Prizes
Each winner may choose US $100 cash or a 1-year GymNadz subscription (valued at US $129.99).
If cash is chosen, winner must provide:
Civil ID/Passport (clear photo/scan), and
Bank details (Bank name, IBAN, Country, SWIFT/BIC; account number if needed).
Bank transfers may take up to 7 working days to appear. Any bank/FX fees are the winner’s responsibility.
If subscription is chosen, it will be activated on the winner’s account.
Timing & Cutoffs
Daily entry window: from the workout’s release until 23:59 AST of that same day.
Draw occurs the next day; Saturday Steps draw occurs Sunday.
Verification & Disqualification
We may verify workout completion, steps data, and comment timestamps.
Entries not meeting requirements (e.g., missing “Done,” late comments, steps from external apps not synced to GymNadz) may be disqualified.
Publicity & Privacy
By participating, winners consent to GymNadz announcing their first name + initial (or username) on Instagram/App.
Personal data is used only to administer the promotion and fulfill prizes, per our Privacy Policy.
General
GymNadz may amend, suspend, or cancel the challenge if technical issues or unforeseen events occur. Decisions are final.
