‏What is the difference between cardio, HIIT and strength exercises?

‏Cardio exercises:
‏It means that you are doing an activity that raises your heart rate from 120 to 140, which causes an increase in breathing, as it increases the amount of oxygen that enters through the lungs and thus speeds up the metabolism, improving the body mass index (BMI) and burning a lot of calories. It keeps your heart and lungs healthy.
Your heart rate should be around 50-70% of your maximum heart rate which is 220 minus your age

‏HIIT exercises:
‏It is high intensity interval training these exercises increase the heart rate more than 140 and burn a large amount of calories in a relatively short period, and since this type of exercise does not require much time to perform, it may be ideal for people who do not have much time to exercise daily.

‏Strength exercises:
It is a type of exercise that generally relies on weights to activate the metabolism and increase the strength of muscles, bones and joints. As well as tightening and sculpting the body and burning calories during and after exercise

‏Which is better?!
‏They are all great! But a combination of all three will give you a great body and excellent health. Different goals may require more or less of each type. I generally like to incorporate all 3 types into a fitness program so that you have a well rounded program.
