Yoga Basics- new program

Hii beautiful people !
My name is Zein Salti, also known as Zenergie. I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years now. It’s my medicine and my escape to be fully immersed in the present moment.

It brings me great joy and honor to be here with you at Gymnadz application at our first program designed for you all who want to excel and learn more about alignment, mobility, postures, breathing, fascia and strength. I created this program as I gathered all my experiences from great Yoga masters such as Krishnamacharya, Iyengar, Patabhi Jois and Mark Darby. All whom I dedicated so much time to in order to understand the concepts and pillars of Yoga that will forever grow within me.

Here we are together, bringing forth all that knowledge under one umbrella.

Please remember this is only the beginning of a great journey that will forever sprout within you.

Yoga is a lifestyle, it teaches us patience, persistence, dedication, timing and discipline. We will be learning about our own bodies in terms of strengths and weaknesses; these small concepts will be echoed in other sports and exercises that you will practice. Yoga benefits all. You will have our full support in this program, be kind to yourself and I will be seeing you on the mat very soon!
