12 KG with GymNadz

I lost 12 kg with GymNadz app. It started after my pregnancy weight gain. I got back into working out with weight loss in mind. The GymNadz app proved that I didn’t need to go to the gym to lose weight . I started training at home.
I started in Ramadan I have done the walking fitness program – the stepper cardio program and many GymNadz workouts in between. I have also changed my food habits and followed the food programs in the app with success such as the intermittent fasting. The detox and the low carb high protein program . I have been consistent with my supplements and I love taking my daily protein shake . I am loving my body changes and I will continue to work on my fitness and healthy eating routines . ( I did have cheat meals here and there but I knew my calorie intake and would always get back on track) I have been enjoying cooking and posting my meals on my gymnadz page too.
