The Model Posture Program

A 28-day program designed to improve posture, strengthen the back and shoulders, and enhance overall mobility and body control.
The program includes targeted exercises to activate spinal muscles, improve shoulder stability, and release tension caused by daily sitting and lifestyle habits.
With consistency, you will notice improvements in posture, balance, strength, and overall body lightness.

How it works:
* 3 minutes minimum per day
* 5 training days per week
* Day 6: revision of all movements
* Day 7: rest + walking

Daily habits:
* Walk daily with your new improved posture 🌿
* Take a photo at the beginning and at the end of the program 📸

Important:
* You can repeat the program after a 7-day break
