Booty Shaper 3

This is the 3rd program from the booty series that focuses on shaping and lifting the booty using gym equipment (as well as using alternative moves for those working out at home) .The program is 4 weeks and we will be working out for 6 days a week, the structure of the week is as follows:
🔹 3 days lower body training
🔸1 day total body endurance
🔹1 day upper body and core
🔸1 active recovery
For all levels so if your are experienced in the gym this is great
