If you workout at the gym or have a small gym at home , you can follow this great plan for shaping the booty, in the new section in the workout page.
This is a beginner program that focuses on shaping and lifting the booty using gym equipment .The program is 4 weeks and we will be working out for 6 days a week, the structure of the week is as follows:
🔹 3 days lower body training
🔸1 day total body endurance
🔹1 day upper body and core
🔸1 active recovery .
