This is a beginner program that focuses on shaping and lifting the booty using gym equipment .The program is 4 weeks and we will be working out for 6 days a week, the structure of the week is as follows:
? 3 days lower body training
?1 day total body endurance
?1 day upper body and core
?1 active recovery .
