Two workouts to help with posture

If you’re currently home and reading this post, there’s a very big chance that you’re standing or sitting with a wrong posture.

Stand at any corner and do the first exercise for 30 mins and the second exercise for another 30 mins.

1) Repeat each move 3 times if you’ve got the time
2) These workouts can be done every day
3) You can do these exercises without a prior warm-up or stretch
4) Tag the friends you know that have a problem with posture
