? You need to sleep early to have a better circadian rhythm. No later then 10 pm it’s very important for woman to sleep early especially to regulate your hormones.
? No screen time at least 1 hour b4 bed
? Sleepy tea like chamomile or passionflower ( I post teas in the app )
? Have a cold room to sleep in 23 degrees
?Take magnesium threonate or a magnesium mix b4 bed
? Take your collagen after dinner
? Take a good b vitamin with breakfast ( helps use your food as energy )
? Have 1 big salad a day.
?Drink 2l water daily
?Take your vit d in the morning
?Let your eyes see the sunlight as soon as u wake up
?Get a piece of ice and place on ur neck for 39 secs and rub over face
? Body brush in the morning to wake up ur nervous system
? Try to do Exercise in the mornings.
