Determine your fitness and flexibility levels by trying out this simple fitness test. You will do 9 exercises, the first 7exercises are performed in 30 seconds, and the last 2 exercises are pass or fail. You can compute your score as follows :

– Tip toe, hands up head stretch for 30 seconds (one point for every second)
– 15 squats within 30 seconds ( 2 points for each squat)
– Running for 30 seconds (one point for every second)
– Tree pose- right leg- for 30 seconds (one point for every second)
– Tree pose- Left leg -for 30 seconds (one point for every second)
– 10 push ups within 30 seconds ( 3points for each push up)
– Plank for 30 seconds (one point for every second)
– Forward bend (30 points if you succeed, none if you fail)
– Sitting up (30 points if you succeed, non if you fail)
