Some of you may experience sore muscles the day after you perform an intense workout, especially beginners. Don’t Despair, there are many ways to relieve that soreness and reduce muscle pain:
✅Seriously drink more water to flush out the lactic acids.
✅ Drink ginger tea.
✅ Sleep! get your 8 hours so your body can recover!
✅ Take a bath with Epsom salts.
✅ Protein shake and l- glutamine after training and before bed.
✅ Omega 3, vitamin E, B complex and magnesium to work on the inflammation.
✅ Foam rolling and focusing on the side muscles.
