Lymphatic Massage – Opening the Gates

Before we move fluid, we open the exits. Using light, gentle pressure, we activate the main drainage points at the collarbones, armpits and groin and behind the knees. This clears the pathways so fluid can flow and drain. Think soft and slow, not deep.

Dry Brushing
Using a dry, natural-bristle brush on dry skin, sweep in long, light strokes towards the heart. Start at the feet and work up the legs, then the arms, then the tummy in gentle clockwise circles. It wakes up circulation, exfoliates the skin and supports lymphatic flow. Best done before your shower.
